Important information for restaurant workers in 2011!
The Department of Labor released the new wage order for the hospitality industry effective January 1st, 2011. New laws include a minimum wage of $5.00/ hour for tipped employees, as well as clarifications on issues like illegal deductions and services charges vs. gratuities.
